We grant refund if
- If we are not able to resolve the issue we will refund your money.
- If our support team unable to fix problem.
- The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying that we described to its details, or broken after the installation.
We do not issue refund ifÂ
- If you found your host doesnât meet the requirement of WordPress or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
- You decided not to use our product.
- You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed theme on your website.
- You find that our product doesnât suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our templates/theme)

- Refund will process as soon as possible. In some scenario, we will try to solve your issue.
- No refunds will be processed after 30 days post-purchase.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
