Plugin #
To verify if the plugin sends emails, install an email logging plugin. We recommend the Email Log plugin for its simplicity. Once installed, try sending an invoice, and if no emails appear in the log, the issue might lie with the plugin. In this case, send us an email detailing the settings enabled that aren’t triggering emails.
Email Inbox #
Check your spam and trash folders if emails appear in the log but not in your inbox. Try searching specific words to ensure the emails aren’t being filtered. The problem may be with your hosting provider if emails are not in your inbox. You’ll need to reach out to their customer service for help.
