WooCommerce Integration Troubleshooting #
The Pay button is not working
This often happens because of missing configuration steps mentioned above. Please make sure you have followed all the steps mentioned above.
The checkout page is not loading
Please go to the pages list and see if you have installed the cart and checkout pages and assigned them in WooCommerce settings. If you did it properly, in the pages list, you would see that two pages have a tag mentioned on their right side that WooCommerce is using them.
If you cannot find the pages in the list, that means you have skipped WooCommerce installation wizard or somehow deleted the pages. In that case, please go to your WordPress Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Install Missing Pages and install the pages.
I can not see any payment options on the checkout page
This means that you have not enabled any payment system in WooCommerce. Please check in WordPress Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Payment page.
I get an error message on the checkout page about the payment gateway / My customer has paid, but I do not get a notification.
This might happen if you have not configured the payment gateway data properly, enabled the test mode, or forgot to enable the live mode. Please go to the payment settings of WooCommerce and check thoroughly if everything is done properly.
